Dr. Poole recently moved to Texas after relocating from Atlanta GA with her family. She has a wonderful husband and two beautiful daughters. Being a parent has definitely added a deeper level of understanding and appreciation for the important role a parent plays in the lives of their children.

Her passion in medicine centers on preventative care, focusing on a comprehensive approach that nurtures the whole child. She believes each child has a better chance of reaching his or her potential when they are healthy and live a balanced life. The key is making healthy choices. Dr. Poole partners with parents as they walk through the different stages of their child's life, highlighting what is important as they approach each stage.  She believes that the more we educate ourselves on what our mind and bodies need to function optimally, as well as the things to avoid that would lead to a negative outcome, the better are our chances to maximize their potential.  This is accomplished through routine wellness visits to monitor growth and development, screenings for possible abnormalities and intervention if needed.

God has truly blessed her to play a positive role in the families that has chosen to partner with her for the care of their children. As she continues to care for children, her goal is to constantly explore innovative ways to provide comprehensive care to each patient.

She has also expanded her medical care to health coaching and the mission field which has been a wonderful opportunity to help children in other areas of the world.  In her spare time, she enjoys movies, music, painting, and traveling with her family.
